The first step in the process is to schedule a meeting at our office to learn about your expectations and
preferences. We then move on to budgeting, where we create a general vision for the project and inform you
about the process. This stage usually takes about an hour and we'll schedule an appointment for
impression-taking.
During the survey, the building's general details are carefully noted, including its layout, dimensions, and
any unique features or areas that require special consideration.
This information is then used to create detailed plans and designs that take into account the
building's structure and functionality.
We create 2D layout alternatives for ergonomic design with criteria such as passage distances, space for
each unit, and optimum usage standards.
We critique the advantages of each alternative together with you and submit it for your approval, online or
face-to-face.
